SACCO: each month adds up every SACCO’s latest verified report from the past 12 months, so totals follow the portfolio rather than how many reports were verified that month. This matches the internal dashboard, which also counts reports awaiting review. FPO: each quarter sums the reports verified in that quarter, so dips can mean fewer reports were verified. Volume and spoilage are omitted (mixed units).
